Raw material

  • Natural fiber

    We use natural fibers avilable in nature and mineral fibers to make eco-friendly materials.

    It is chemical synthesized fiber. Commercial plastics and engineering plastics that can replace metal are used.

    Functional fibers have additional functions based on synthetic fibers. The fibers with functions such as sound absorption, flame retardancy, and water repellency etc. can be applied according to their purpose and use.

FAQ

  • We can use up to 4 different types of fibers per 1 layer. and we can produce multi-layered composite materials, so more fibers can be used depending on the structure of product.

  • We can produce up to 200 to 3,000g/m2. The thickness of a board after the DBP process can be up to 10mm (depending on the density of the nonwoven).

  • The cotton shoddy made by recycling old clothes or the recycled plastic materials such as recycled PP or PET.

  • We use raw materials that serve as binders when heated and it melt and compress at high temperature and high pressure in our DBP facility, so there is no need to use adhesives.

  • It is a facility that heats and presses nonwoven to make boards, and it is an independent technology of FlexForm Korea.

  • Any staple fibers can be used to make nonwoven, and film, knit or woven materials are also can be attached to nonwoven to make reinforced composite materials.

  • The board has the advantages of sound absorption, impact resistance, insulation, and a light weight due to its micro-porous structure.

  • We use dyed raw materials and adjust a mixing ratio of raw materials to provide the colors of the customer's requirements.

  • We produce nonwoven with the needle-punching

  • It os one of the natural (from plants) fibers grown mainly in the subtropical climate of Bangladeshi. Since it is a natural fibers, it is possible to make eco-friendly products with it.

  • The multi-layered structure and micro-porosity of the materials block the progress of the noise and flow of air so that the noise cannot infiltrate into the inside of the vehicle. This is why our products has excellent sound absorption.
